We have a sleep test you can rent for $200, take home, sleep in your own bed and test yourself. Not only does it test for sleep apnea but there is a sensor that checks how active your jaw muscles are while you are sleeping. If your muscles are extremely active while sleeping, it will dictate which sleep appliance is appropriate for you or if you need further treatment in addition to the sleep appliance. We can deactivate those muscles with Botox/Xeomin so they are not so active while you are sleeping. Botox/Xeomin also can help with migraines, cluster headaches, trigger points in your neck and back and myofascial pain.
