About Dr. Sivik

Dr. Sivik is a native to Mentor, Ohio and graduated from Mentor High School in 2000.  After high school, he attended Case Western Reserve University where he played varsity soccer and graduated with degrees in Chemistry, Sociology and Spanish in 2004.  He then attended the Case Western School of Dental Medicine and graduated in 2008.  During his 4th year of dental school he took over 150 continuing education hours learning to place and restore implants and is now a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.  Immediately following dental school he began working as an associate at Ashtabula Dental Associates and has not looked back since. 

Dr. Sivik met his wife, Sarah, in High School and they married in 2012.  Sarah is a stay at home mother with their three sons, Cole, Landon, and Beckham.  Recreationally, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, soccer and any outdoor activity.

Professionally, he focuses on providing the best dental care possible. He is a key member of the team at Ashtabula Dental, where general dentists and specialists work hand in hand to provide a great patient experience.  He has taken countless continuing education hours in Dental Sleep Medicine helping those who suffer from Sleep Apnea with oral appliance therapy and opened Ashtabula Sleep Medicine in 2016. He is in network with almost every major medical insurance to ensure the patient out of pocket expense is low as it can be. His vision is not to treat everyone with sleep apnea but those who have mild to moderate sleep apnea or have tried CPAP and are intolerant or non compliant to it. This includes people with severe sleep apnea.

Dr. Sivik is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Northeast Dental Society, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists
